All payment methods will be acknowledged via a transaction confirmation email with a receipt of your order and items.
When you make a purchase via the Website it will be deemed you have accepted the Purchase Terms on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment).
You accept total responsibility for any goods purchased and you agree that you will use the goods at your own risk.
All prices listed on this Website or related to your enquiry with us are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to vary prices displayed on this Website from time to time and without notice.

Postal Details and Collection of Information
In order to complete your purchase you must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order. We are not held responsible for any errors or omissions in your delivery details; please add a note to your order with any specific details if they are required by us or the delivery service. We also suggest providing a mobile contact number for your parcel.
If we are delivering to a business address please provide business/company name, correct postcode and suburb, unit and/or level number of your office or department within the building. Omitting any of these details in your address may result in delays or non-delivery of your order by the delivery service. In the case of non-delivery due to errors such as these a refund or replacement of goods or refund of shipping charges will not be available.
If, for whatever reason, you do not take delivery of your items or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us you will be entitled to a refund of the goods’ purchase price. This will however exclude the original delivery charges and/or any return charges that are incurred. In the event of this occurrence we are able to resend your order but you are responsible to pay new delivery charges.
If you require re-delivery or re-direction this will be billed accordingly.
Extra fees that may be charged to you by third party carriers, which may include (but are not limited to) Australia Post parcel storage fees, are the buyers responsibility and are not payable by us.
We post orders daily, and all available items will be posted on the same or next business day after cleared payment has been received. We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude Queensland and National public holidays, or any public holidays that may interfere with your order.
Delivery dates or times indicated are approximate only and we do not offer a guarantee of delivery times as we are at the whim of the postal service once items leave our warehouse. Therefore, non-receipt of ordered goods within the guesstimated delivery time will not be grounds to cancel your order or receive a refund for either products or postage costs.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders
If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us immediately to determine if changes are possible. We happily work with you where possible however if your order has been picked and packed changes may not be possible.
Promotion or Coupon Codes
Valid promotion codes must be applied to your shopping cart at the time of purchase to redeem offers.
Coupon codes are valid for one use per customer for the promotional period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Coupon codes, special offers or promotional price reductions cannot apply to pre-existing orders.
