Express Flat Rate Shipping Australia wide is $18.95
For Australian orders over $110 we offer free standard shipping. This will be applied at checkout.
We use Australia Post, Aramex/Fastway Couriers, and other couriers as necessary to complete delivery of your order.
We reserve the right to choose the most effective method of delivery to you.
If you have any concerns, or have a preference due to past experience please specify this in your order notes. We will always do our best to work with you.
We currently offer international shipping across the ditch to New Zealand.
If you’re in NZ we use the Aramex Global system who work in partnership with Fastway Couriers.
Shipping to NZ is a flat rate of $19.95 for standard deliveries up to 2kg. If your order exceeds this we will contact you before processing your order to give you an accurate postage quote.

We are unable to advise you on import or customs matters. If you have concerns about your order and any applicable charges that may be applied please contact your local regulations and compliance body or your local customs office.
Import or additional charges incurred as a result of your purchase are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders that are returned to sender through no fault by us or the delivery service, and any related charges will not be refunded. If you refuse to pay charges your parcel may be abandoned and we are not liable for this, nor responsible for any loss as a result of this refusal.
International orders will not be marked as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any applicable fees as this is an illegal practice and we value our relationship with our courier and freight partners.
Dispatch of Goods
We do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship most orders on the day of purchase.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST are delivered within 2-7 business days from the day after purchase.
In some cases this may take longer if you live in a rural area, during busy sale periods, or if your shipment is affected by public holidays. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive, or select an express option.
All delivery times are estimates only and we too are at the whim of the delivery fairy once items leave the warehouse. We do treat the fairy kindly leaving out fairy dust in hopes your parcel arrives swiftly – there’s nothing like a little care and love to speed things along – however we can’t be held responsible if she runs slowly, or breaks a wing.
Standard shipping comes with tracking which you can look up on the applicable portal to help you track your delivery time frame. If you need our assistance please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to NZ PO Boxes due to using a courier service.
Express shipping comes to you via the Australia Post network and is available to Australian residential and business addresses only – PO Boxes or Click and Collect, or other third party addresses are not available with this service.
Express orders must be placed by 1pm AEST for next day delivery, however some areas do not qualify for overnight shipping and we suggest you check out the Australia Post next day delivery guarantee times if you live in a remote or rural area, or are outside of a major city. Items listed in our store are available in our warehouse. We do not participate in drop shipping or use a third party to fulfill orders.
That said there may be the odd occasion when our stock count is incorrect if stock quantities are low or you’re purchasing the last item. We also take care to make sure your items are not damaged in storage and we may not be aware of this until we attempt to pack your order. We reserve the right to contact you to resolve this, and if an appropriate replacement cannot be found or supplied in a reasonable time frame then we will refund you for the item, or in full for your order, depending on your requirements.We do our best everyday to work for you and with you. In the event there is an issue to resolve please remember a kind word goes a long way, and patience and understanding are high on our priority list. Local Pick Up
You are able to arrange to pick up from us if you’re local, but all orders must be placed and processed before making a time to collect from us.
We don’t allow visits without an appointment, and we are unable to allow general browsing – thank you for understanding.
