If we are taking a break we will always let you know before you commit to buying.
We are at the mercy of the postal service. If your items have taken longer to arrive than 2-7 business days please contact us as soon as possible. You can also check your tracking details online with the appropriate carrier. Don’t hesitate if you need assistance.
We do our utmost to maintain correct stock numbers, and all out items are stored in our warehouse. If there are any stock issues we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.
We consider returns on items on a case by case basis. If your item arrives damaged please notify us immediately, and take photos of the packaging and retain this in case we need to make a claim with the postal service.
Please note that we do not refund or return on change of mind, so please ask any questions you have before committing to purchase.

In any case, the person picking, packing, and mailing your order is the one who also replies to your emails, mops the floor, and has to make her own coffee.
If you have a spare white rabbit you can always send him over, we appreciate the extra paws. Just don’t tell anyone you’re sending a rabbit, as they are illegal in Queensland.
